Homecoming






I'm so happy to be a Tbirds and participate in the homecoming week that took place from 9/22/2019 - 9/29/2019.

 for those who do not know who a Tbirds is, the Tbird is simply the staff of Southern Utah University.

 The homecoming was an opportunity to make new friends and learn much more about the traditions 

of this college. There have been many fun activities and also very rewarding.

During this homecoming, I really did my best to be able to participate in each of the fun activities that

 took place. Indeed, as I said above, in addition to fun activities, there were conferences that 

personally changed my point of view about some of the things happening in the world. To be honest, 

this homecoming was such a success for SUU even if we did not win our football game, it was still 

very close like the football game. I look forward to participating in the next Homecoming ... Let's go

learn from the president of SUU

I had the immense privilege of being able to speak with the president of SUU in order to better learn 

about the history of homecoming in SUU. This interview was really interesting because the president 

of SUU is one of the people in SUU who knows a lot about SUU. He gave me interesting information

 like homecoming is a way to reunite families, parents and students together to have a good time 

through fun activities. It has been an honor to speak with a man as humble as the SUU president and learn from him.




Visit of the Shakespeare festival


The Shakespeare festival is one of the attractions that attract the most tourist to Cedar city and also to 

Utah. Indeed, Cedar city has a great place where it is held for a time of festivals of a great theatrical 

scene like Joseph. It was really cool to go into local and understand the system and the procedure of 

the costumes and all that surrounds the festival. It was also a good way to ask questions that always 

bother me like how the actors during the theater do when they want to go to the toilet (lol), he told us 

that they just have to hold their needs It's a little rough but it's like that. I really like to learn how the 

theater works because I am a big fan of poem.





                                       The best day of my life ( My baptism)



As the title says so well, Saturday, September 28, 2019 was one of the most important days of my life

 because for those who do not know, a baptism is the fact of reborn again, ie May God cleanse you

from all your sins that you committed until the day of your baptism. Incredible is not it? moreover, it

 is not the only blessing you receive from Christ, I am also able by following the commandments of

God to join him after my death on earth for eternal life. It was a truly unique moment and it changed

my life forever. It is a very big step in my Christian life and also in my life every day because

 baptizing allows me to be a better person. I really felt liberated and fulfilled after my baptism, being

indeed, baptized is a unique feeling that I think everyone should benefit from. Also, I had the honor

to invite the president of my college to my baptism and he was able to honor me of his presence

despite the football game of the university. We had a reception after the baptism where everyone

could come to eat and have a good time with everyone.

THE GREENSHOW The Greenshow is a performance of people on an outdoor stage that presents a very beautiful show  composed of a little history, fun, and a little magic. WEEK 3(9-9-2019 - 9-15-2019)

Let's goo Tbirds!!!!! I attended a football match which took place at our stadium on 9/14/2019. We played against one of  the best colleges right now, it was the Texas SFA team. It was a very intense match because these  two teams have a lot of similarities in terms of strength and even speed. They fought like warriors, it  was a pleasure to watch this game. Indeed, we won this match with 45 to 38 points. Personally, I  think we have a really good football team. As I said earlier, they fought like warriors, I really like.  There were a lot of students who came to support their team. We had the cheerleaders and the SUU  fanfare, which was giving the team of SUU moral and strength. WEEK 2(09-02-2019)-(09-08-2019)

    HORSE, FOUR-WHEELER, AND WEDDING WITH MY FAMILY... My second week was one of the most interesting and cool I had in SUU and in Cedar City.  Indeed, I participated in several activities like riding a horse or driving a four-wheeler.  It was my first time riding a horse so i was excited but a little scared because the horses are  impressive because of their height and strength but I really enjoyed it and that was an interesting  moment with my family. Also, my sisters were more excited than me because they are used to ride  horses so that was a good time for them also. Like i said earlier, i really liked to do these activities because it allowed me to spend time with my  family and also because I missed them so much.
